This is a course for learners or people who have completed a Level B1 refresher course or similar.

Communicating confidently across cultures.

In today's world, we meet people from many cultures in our daily lives while travelling, working or communicating online. This course helps learners use English confidently in these international situations.

Target:
- strengthen intercultural awareness in English communication.
- practice polite and clear language in everyday and professional settings
- recognise and avoid common sources of misunderstanding
- develop strategies for respectful and successful intercultural experiences

Content:
- politeness and communication styles
- small talk and conversation strategies
- intercultural misunderstandings using case studies
- practical English for problem-solving and clarification
- expressing requests, offers and apologies
- everyday intercultural scenarios and role-plays
